Jackson Counseling Solutions offers individualized and solution focused therapy to address life circumstances and challenging situations for individuals and families. I have been supporting individuals and providing mental health care for over 20 years. It is my passion to provide support, care and evidenced based therapy techniques to individuals seeking mental health services.
Individual therapy is available in person or via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. Areas of focus include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, other related mood disorders, ADHD, behavioral concerns, anger management, self esteem, grief and stress management. Populations of interest include children, adolescents and women. Family therapy is available when needed or upon request.
Currently, I accept BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, American Behavioral/Uprise, United/Optum Behavioral and self pay.
